End of Tenancy Clean

End of tenancy cleaning services are tailored to take one of the biggest stresses out of moving out of a rented property. Well, ours are, at least. We clean the property like never before. Our cleaning services provide a deep clean and ensure that you’ll get as much of your deposit back as is in our control. We provide VAT invoices on request and can also pick up keys from local estate agents or another address nearby.

  • We aim to allocate the same person to come for all your cleaning sessions. However, if your office / building is bigger and requires a team of cleaners we will be allocating at least one of them the same every time. In case anything changes, for example, somebody falls sick, goes on a holiday or their personal circumstances change, we will inform you advance.

  • We will be able to provide cleaning materials and equipment upon request and subject to availability. We offer a range of cleaning solutions and we can advise on what’s best for your space. Please add this to your requirements list and the team will be able to give you a quote.

  • We offer office deep cleaning as a separate one-off service performed by a specially trained team. If you need it, you can just send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to arrange it. If you require a bit of extra time for your regular cleaner to target some additional areas, we can book them in for longer sessions on regular basis to ensure the proper maintenance of your office.

  • We welcome customers regardless of their size. We will be happy to help to arrange a weekly or daily office cleaning service even for smaller offices. Our services are always subject to availability, however our friendly customer service team can check and let you know when they process your inquiry.

  • We can give you a rough quote when you contact us but we prefer to send send one of our representatives to have a look at your premises and provide advice on your cleaning needs and a more accurate quote.

  • Our quotes are based on a few elements: the cleaners’ wage, our agency fee and whether you have chosen to add any extras (detergents, equipment, etc.) The price you pay is per hour. Our commercial cleaners get at least London Living Wage. Our agency fee calculation is based on the amount of hours per week, insurance and transport costs as well as any management of cleaning solutions and other extras, You can ask for more detail when placing your inquiry with us.
